Architecture and Design

The residential tower will be designed in a modern style with eco-friendly accents. The tower includes a large open-air podium with a swimming pool, lush green manicured areas, an indoor playground, and lounge gazebos for relaxation.

The apartments will feature large floor-to-ceiling windows making the rooms bright and cozy.

Apartment layouts are as ergonomic as possible. All apartments have balconies and a small laundry room. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Apartments with 2 or more bedrooms have a dedicated space where a dressing room can be arranged. 2 and 3-bedroom apartments have spacious corner balconies.
